Sold a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $150K in Glynlea - Grove Park, Jacksonville, FL.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $200K in Isle of Palms, Jacksonville, FL.
I was recently involved with purchasing a home and while looking for a real estate professional was introduced to Mr. Steven Croy. I found that we was knowledgeable about Jacksonville and the surrounding areas. Additionally, as he walked me through this process he was quick to answer any questions I had an provide information for questions I would never think to ask. Steve, is a very professional and polished Real Estate Broker that went the extra mile in making sure that the deals that we worked on together closed. He insures that a win, win, win, atmosphere is in place in all of his dealings. His knowledge of the local markets enabled me to approach closing with confidence knowing that I was in a good position in spite of market conditions.
