It was an incredible journey. Nobody told me that selling, then buying a home would be so stressful!
But Twee did warn us. There are just so many things that could go wrong, and every time something derails, it creates stress and anxiety. I have to give her a medal for holding this together with the utmost level of confidence and calmness. Countless times, we thought we’d lost the deal. And then, the problem got resolved, just like magic.
I am not sure how she did it – Was it her negotiation skills? Was it her people skills? Or, was it her ability to solve problems before they happen?

Selling a home is a nerve wrecking experience, no matter how hot the market is. Even when it’s a seller’s market. So many things that can go wrong. The outcome is so unpredictable. We were nervous and we needed somebody that we trust on our side. When we say “trust”, we don’t mean honesty. Honesty is a given, you don’t want to have a business relationship with anyone who lacks honesty. I am talking about someone who is sharp, who can anticipate obstacles, who can solve problems quickly and effectively. Very reassured when I purchased an investment property through Twee, from another state. Her communication is impeccable, she kept me posted without inundating me with irrelevant details (yes, there is such thing as too much information). We made at least half a dozen offers. We got kicked out twice after having received the first round of counter offers. We even fell out of escrow once. To say the least, the experience was just daunting.
