I bought a condo with Bronwen and I later sold the condo with her help. She was right about everything including how to price it and what changes to make in order to have it sell in a very depressed market. She went out of her way to make it an easy process and the closing went through very amoothly. She didn't miss even the tiniest detail when it came to showing the place and I would use her again and recommend her to anyone.
Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Manchester, NH.
Bronwen became more than my real estate agent through my house hunting process, she became my friend. She is a wonderfully knowledge filled, positive, educated, sincere real estate agent. At no point did Bronwen not have my best interest at heart. There was no pushing, only encouragement to keep going.
I was in the market for my first home in April of 2009, I finally closed in December of 2010! At no point during this long process did Bronwen seem frustrated or ready to give up. I was ready to give up and she wouldn't let me! Bronwen is bursting with knowledge about the area and also knows so many people to help move the process along. She made herself available to me 24/7. If there was some reason she couldn't be available, I was always provided a contact who was just as helpful, guiding and positive! I would HIGHLY recommend Bronwen Pritchard to be your agent!! She sure helped make my dreams come true!
Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $200K in Merrimack, NH.
She helped me sell a condo back in 2005 (moved to Mass for work, so I was selling the condo and moving to an apartment). When I moved back to the area, and I was in the market for another condo (in 2008-2009), I didn't hesitate a moment to contact her. And when my friends were looking to buy a house (in the process now... 2010-2011), I sent them straight to her, which I think says more than anything.
She's great! She's the right balance of optimism and conservatism. She's positive and upbeat, but still manages to be straight forward about everything that you're going to have to deal with. She took the time to show me around the area and talk about different areas I should or shouldn't be looking in and why (location, location, and... um... I forget the third). I had an idea of what I was getting into, but the sticker shock of everything still sent me reeling. When that stuff happens (and it will), she seems to know when you need guidance and when you need space to work it out on your own.
Things didn't go smoothly through the whole process, but none of it was her fault, and most of the drama I ran into, she had warned me about before hand anyway. Once we found the right place, most of it went smoothly. Bronwen's great, but so is her support staff. Even so, there's always some form or something that's screwed up (you mean their title wasn't clean? shocker!). When things did go wrong, I could talk to them, and they would either take care of it, help me take care of it, or tell me to just take a deep breath because it's the seller's responsibility and they'll keep track to make sure it gets done.
The only thing I don't think I can review fully is her Negotation skills because I think I barely touched the surface there. When she sold my place in 2005, it sold for more than the asking price and there were no issues from an inspection (yeah, wasn't going to try to renegotiate that one), and when she helped me buy the condo in 2009 there wasn't much to negotiate. They accepted my initial effort, and there were some relatively minor details that needed to be worked out (inspection found a couple things, but I think we quickly came to an agreement about who would take responsibility for what). I think she'd be a great negotiator if needed, but that's just my opinion.
I look forward to working with her again in the future, and I highly recommend her to anyone that's considering a realtor.
