Ms Reyes got to work as soon as I contacted her that I needed to rent
a 3 1/2 room apt. She was polite but very to the point.
First she asked me questions. How much rent I was asking, did it include utilities, how long a lease, would I accept programs, pets, children, etc etc....
She came to my house saw the apt. took pictures that she posted
on rental websites that would contact her and be screened
before given an appointment to see the apt.
She'd always call me first to discuss any potential tenant
prior any notification to show the apt.
Ms Reyes strongly advised me never to allow anyone in my house
without an appointment. She prepared an application form, a list of
documents to be attached to the application, questions I should ask
when reviewing a tenants application. & finally she also prepared a lease
that included all my specifications.
I rented the apt in less than a 3 weeks, and am very pleased with my tenant.
I highly recommend Ms Reyes to anyone in need of a realtor.
