I advised Brooks I wanted to sell my home and was interested in buying some land to build. He replied that he was at a conference and apologized for not responding sooner (about three days). He then requested my address and said he would do some research and get back with me. I have yet to hear back from Brooks (about two months), the land I was looking at has been sold and I am still looking for an honest realtor to sell my house.
If I hire an employee, I expect him to work for me. I will not beg someone to take a job, if they do not respond to me, I assume they do not want to work for me. The same applies to a realtor. It appears his rating of 4.9 as of 10/27/2014 speaks for itself.
Jeff, The 4.9 rating is out of a possible 5, which is a 98% approval rating, and I agree, it does speak for itself. Allow me to present facts you left out. You first contacted me on 7/27. I immediately emailed you twice and tried to call but received no response. I emailed 6 more times on 7/30, 8/6, 8/11, 8/21, 8/26, and 9/11. You finally responded to me on 9/16. I returned the email the same day. I explained I was at a conference, would pull information and get back to you when I could get to my computer. I got the information and called you on 9/22. With no response, I continued to email you on 10/2, 10/23 and 10/25. It’s particularly insulting that you wrote this review only 2 days after my last email. I pride myself on my work. My record can be seen on other Zillow reviews or at a third party I've hired at www.realsatisfied.com/Brooks-Moorhead. Good luck, Jeff. I hope you're able to sell your home quickly and for the highest price; that would have been my goal for you.
