Bought a home in 2012.
Brooks was the best agent I have ever used. I have bought and sold land near Gatlingburg, TN and have bought and sold several homes in North Carolina using several agents from different companies, no one came close to the help that Brooks was. If I buy any property in Ga. I would only use Brooks Moorhead. Thanks Brooks for your help!

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Ayersville, Avalon, GA 30577
Nice guy, but can't recommend the Remax firm he represents. We attempted to list our property with them and thought we had a deal but after leaving they emailed me with a change on their commission and tried to raise it to 10% ! Complete waste of time. Small new home with 17 acres and 7% wasn't enough. Stay away from: Lake Hartwell Real.com

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Hartwell, GA.
Today’s market is tough and requires a bit more work in selling a
house. Brooks clearly displayed an unsurpassed level of motivation and hard work
to get the job done. His dedication to personal service was crucial in making my
sale. He showed great attention to detail and made himself available to me at all

Brooks is indeed an excellent agent. He has lived and worked in this area his entire life. His knowledge and expertise of the area is amazing. And to top it all off, he is extremely calm and reassuring throughout the entire process of buying (and selling) a home. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a realtor!

Bought a home in 2010.
Brooks took the time to help me and my family find the perfect place on Lake Hartwell. He is honest and trustworthy and sincerely wants you to be happy with your purchase. Once we made an offer Brooks was thorough and efficient with the negotiation and he always had my best interest in mind. I would use him again if I was buying or selling in his area.
