We used Adam and the Ailion team for two rental investment purchases in Grant Park and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great buyer's or listing agent. We have recently sold both properties and the closing process on both was complex due to non-traditional financing and lender requirements. We are investing in real estate for more then 12 years and we have never understood why we should use a buyers agent before we have met Adam. We are living outside of Georgia and since we have decided to invest in Atlanta area we could not do it alone. Several agents we worked with before him were looking only for their commissions and were a real disappointment. However our prospective has completely changed after we have met Adam. Adam definitely puts the buyer before the commission. He did much more then we would expect from an agent. He helped us to identify and find the right houses, to close the purchases remotely, without need to fly to Atlanta. He even saved us $1500, by asking discount from bank for moving closing date after the contract was already signed. After the closing he suggested us his contractor to do the repairs. We definitely recommend to anyone who is planning to buy a house to contact Adam and we are planning to use his services again in the future…More Less
