Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in San Leandro, CA.
This reveiw is specificall for the agent that recently helped me sell my house. His name is Bruce Craver. The house I was selling was in pretty bad shape and I honestly thought I would have to spend a forturne in time and money to sell. He suggested I sell it to a contractor or someone who was making money fixing up this type of property and then reselling it.
Now I will break this review into two parts. The first is for x military types such as myself. Bruce is 4.0, squared away, and defiitely can get the mission handled.
Now for you civiliams. I found his knowledge of the intracies of the legal aspects of selling "as is" property, combined with his knowledge of the market to be very impressive. He was also, almost always available, and able to answer my questions and concerns. We worked out an extremely long and complete disclosure statement to protect me from any future claims. Because of his marketting and skill I sold the house in less then a month. The value I got for the place was about what I expected and I was generally well satisfied with the financial aspects of the deal.
I would strongly recommend Bruce to anyone selling property. He is very good at what he does.
Bruce and his team helped us through the process of selling a home in San Leandro as part of an Estate Sale. While we anticipated a long and ardous process, his knowledge of the local market and expertise in Real Estate made the sale flow quickly and efficient. A house that was admittedly a challenge to sell, sold quickly and for above asking price. Bruce kept us informed of our options, provided recommendations and understanding of the process, without the "high pressure" feel of some sales organizations. I would HIGHLY recommend Bruce and his team!
Mr. Bruce Craver is a top notch agent. He has assisted me in buying and selling three properties over a 25 year period in San Lorenzo, Pleasanton, and Castro Valley. He got me into a wonderful condominium in Castro Valley, and I am still there eight years later. His abilities are unquestioned, but he has an unusual ability which truly compliments his real estate transactions. Bruce has a sense of humor that is tremendous. I can't tell you how much he has put me at ease when getting through the complications of a real estate deal. For any future real estate purchase or sale I will be sure to have Bruce standing by my side. He is "the man".
Bruce is knowledgeable, personable and experienced. He was in touch with me from the listing of my property through its sale and he made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way--apprising me of any problems and working with me to resolve them. I would recommend him any time.
Sold a Single Family home in 1992 for approximately $250K in Castro Valley, CA.
We found Mr. Bruce Craver to be an extremely knowledgeable and experienced real estate broker. He knows the local market and was extremely helpful in assisting us in staging our property, setting the right price, and negotiating the sale of our property and the purchase of another. We feel strongly that he is an ethical, honest man that you can count on. In regard to being responsive, we always felt up-to-date on all matters and developments concerning the sale of our house and the purchase of another. Bruce is the consummate professional.
Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Danville, CA.
I have worked with Bruce on three occasions since our first house purchase in 2000 and our most recent purchase in 2010. Bruce has always exceeded our expectations each and every time. We never felt Bruce was trying to rush us into a deal. Instead, we felt like he really wanted what was best for us. That means that sometimes he recommended we walk away from a deal (which we did) or sometimes we really pushed to make it happen (and just bought our dream house!) I wholeheartedly recommend Bruce Craver.
