Inspection service.
Mr Thomas inspected our home. He missed A LOT of problems. We had carpenter ants and our deck was not carriage bolted to the home. Could have been a huge problem had there been 8 to 10 people on the deck at the same time. It would have collapsed! He used his thermo imaging camera on our windows and said they were fine. We need to have them all replaced due to air leaks and rotting of wood due to condensation. We were very unsatisfied with his work and would encourage young 1st time home buyers to find someone else.…More Less

I am very distressed to read this review! This anonymous person never contacted me to discuss these alleged issues. If they had I would have returned to the home promptly and done everything I could to resolve them.
