Bought a Condo home in 2011 in Girard Estates, Philadelphia, PA.

I had just moved to Philly and didn't know anything about the city so a co-worker recommended Bryan Delowery and so I gave him a call. When I spoke with him I let him know my situation and what I was looking for. I am very picky when it comes to where I will live and so I know I was more work than other clients of his but he was so amazing and found several places that I really liked and within only a few days I found a place I loved. Bryan was the first realtor, after going through several over the years, that gave me a WOW experience through the process of finding my home in 2011. It was refreshing to finally find a realtor who spent a lot of time refinining the searches so that I had a high quality list and didn't need to waste my time going through pages of uninteresting properties.
