Bought a Condo home in 2011 in Girard Estates, Philadelphia, PA.
Bryan was recommended to us and he was a delight to have as our agent. He was available to show us houses when it fit into our schedule. He was always professional and very knowledgeable. The end result was that we found the right house for our family within a few short weeks.

Helped me rent a home.
I had just moved to Philly and didn't know anything about the city so a co-worker recommended Bryan Delowery and so I gave him a call. When I spoke with him I let him know my situation and what I was looking for. I am very picky when it comes to where I will live and so I know I was more work than other clients of his but he was so amazing and found several places that I really liked and within only a few days I found a place I loved. I would really recommend Bryan!

Helped me rent a home.
Bryan was the first realtor, after going through several over the years, that gave me a WOW experience through the process of finding my home in 2011. It was refreshing to finally find a realtor who spent a lot of time refinining the searches so that I had a high quality list and didn't need to waste my time going through pages of uninteresting properties. He is very sociable, easy to work with, patient, and professional. I have already referred four clients to Bryan and they were just as happy as I was, even thanking me for sending them to him.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Lansdowne, PA.
From our initial consultation to settlement, Bryan made our home buying experience a breeze. It was incredibly important for my boyfriend and I to find an agent who understood our needs, respected our budget and most of all, appreciated our aesthetic. Although not an area he frequently shows homes in, Bryan quickly acquainted himself to the Lansdowne (Delco) area, and was able to show us a huge variety of homes over several weekends. He tirelessly searched for homes that would suit our needs, and we wound up buying a home that we wouldn't have considered initially without Bryan's insistence to check it out. We knew that this was our dream home, but Bryan indulged our nerves as first-time home buyers and showed us comparable homes in the area to help us make a worry-free decision.
Bryan was able to take the anxiety out of making an offer (negotiating a good deal), working with the inspector, sorting out conditions of out loan, and every other little thing that came up while our mortgage was under review. He was immediately available to answer our questions and help alleviate our worries.
After talking to friends and family, we discovered that our home buying experience was unique. Those that shared their experiences told us stories filled with much more frustration and stress during the process. We felt fortunate that our entire experience was free of any additional stress (after all, buying a home is stressful enough!).
I look forward to recommending Bryan to friends/colleagues in the future.

Sold a home in 2011.
I had the pleasure of meeting Bryan through a mutual friend. Bryan helped me sell my condo and buy my new home. He was extremely helpful in locating a home that both fit my desires in a home and in the area that I was interesting in living.
When an offer came in on my condo, he provided me with multiple scenarios concerning the offer which provided a realistic view of the situation. In regards to my new home, he was successful in negotiating the requested repairs.
Bryan was quick to return my calls and emails.

Bought a home in 2010.
There are not enough words in the English vernacular to describe what a pleasant experience working with Bryan was. We were moving to Philadelphia from out of state and Bryan's honest appraisal of neighborhoods helped us quickly take stock of the area. Bryan was immensely knowledgeable about the locations in which we were looking to buy and more importantly was instrumental in offering us top-notch guidance in refining our vision for what we wanted our first home to be. We settled on a fantastic place and Bryan walked us through each and every step of the buying process in a patient manner, demystifying the jargon and helping us stay within budget. I would recommend him (and have!) with no reservation to anyone looking to rent/buy/sell in the Greater Philadelphia Area. He is a rare breed of Realtor who really takes the time to develop a rapport with his clients and help them towards their future goals. I look forward to working with him again in the future when the time comes.
