I specialize in listing homes and have a proven track record for quick sales. My average days on the market for homes sold is 45 and the average sale price is 96% of original listed price. To put things in perspective, in Kansas City over the last 12 months only 29% of homes sold in less than 30 days, 57% of mine did. The average sale to original list price is 91%, mine is 96%.
