This was my forth home buying experience and by far the most enjoyable. Bryan was very knowledgeable about the area, moving here from Ohio I was not familiar at all with the area, we looked at over 40 homes and Bryan paid attention to my likes and dislikes, narrowing down my choices until I found a home that met all my wants and needs, he kept me informed every step of the way, and attended closing with me just incase I had any questions and to ensure the process went smoothly. From the start of our listing, we were very impressed. Bryan came out and took amazing photos of our house and the online component of our listing looked extremely professional. With more and more people relying on online listings, we were extremely happy to finally have an agent that understood that and worked to make our online presence the best that it could be. I'm convinced that the pictures, virtual walkthrough, and listing that he put together is what ultimately sold our house.
Bryan also put us in contact with local contractors that came out to perform some small repairs and painting at a very reasonable rate to help get our house ready for the market. So basically he took care of everything related to getting a house ready and sold.
Throughout the listing of our house, Bryan gave weekly video updates which focused on the local market activity, recent walkthrough feedback, and advice on our listing. Bryan was very savvy with regard to the housing market, both large scale, and specific to our area, and always gave us the bottom line on what we should expect and how we should price our house. Ultimately, these weekly updates and personal touch led to that all elusive sale in this difficult market conditions. Bryan got us an offer very close to our listing price and fought for us during contract negotiations to get us a deal we could accept, all of which came at the perfect time for our relocation.
