Bryan was simply wonderful! He helped us through the whole process of finding the house of our dreams. It was our first house, so as expected, we knew little to nothing about buying. He made things easy, and didn't speak in the "agent lingo" he made sure that both my boyfriend and I understood everything about the process. He made sure that we looked at every aspect of the house, the parts we had to fix, the parts that would be expensive, and growing our family. Shortly after we moved into our home, we found somethings that the seller didn't put into the disclosure. We were lost, but luckily we had Bryan! He has been working with us on fixing it and making sure that we are fully satisfied. If you are looking for someone to help you find the house of your dreams, and need someone you can build a personal relationship with, Bryan is your man!

My Girlfriend and I were first time homebuyers and we were looking for a great deal in this market and expected a lot. Bryan delivered everything we had hoped for and made it a fun experience.

After working with a couple realtors that we weren't thrilled with I decided I might as well see if I could find an agent through one of the sites we were looking for listings on.

Just like you are probably doing right now I went and found a realtor with many great reviews so I went ahead and gave Bryan a call. I knew I had made a good choice when he was able to set up showings for us as soon as possible.

Again and again he was willing and most of the time able to schedule showings on a moments notice to fit our crazy schedule. As I mentioned we really wanted to take advantage of the market and get a great deal on our home. Bryan was very patient with us and made sure we saw all the houses we wanted to see.

After one house that we made an offer on fell through (through no fault of Bryan's) Bryan was right back at it helping us pack in even more showings. His positive attitude really helped us get back into it and we were able to find the perfect place quickly.

The 3 reasons I would recommend Bryan are his reliability, flexibility, and personality.

You couldn't ask for any more reliability. I was always able to reach him via any communication that was convenient for me. He always picked up my calls unless he had someone else on the line and if so I got a call right back. he checks email relentlessly and was always prompt. We never wasted any cycles trying to set anything up, it was instant gratification and we always felt within arms reach.

He demonstrated flexibility many times. When I would ask when the earliest we could set up a showing was the answer was almost always tomorrow. He was able to slip in last minute additions to showings on many occasions as well. He even woke up early and rushed out to help me get the key the morning after we closed since the bank had not released the key to us and we needed to let in a contractor. We always felt like we were his number one priority.

His personality really made us felt at ease through the whole process. He is very laid back and let us make up our own mind but if we wanted his advice he would give us an honest answer. Our search took a long time and it would have been tedious if we didn't have someone that made us feel comfortable like Bryan.

Bryan did an absolutely terrific job with our listing and the sale of our house. To give a little background, we tried off and on over the last couple of years with a variety of agents to sell our house. Thanks to Bryan's dedication and expertise, we finally were able to sell our home and relocate to another city. From the start, Bryan treated us with respect and made us feel like we were the only ones he represented. He was very approachable and available at all hours to answer any questions we had. Even after our house closed he made himself available and gave solid advice to us for purchasing a new home that he wasn't even involved with. Truly a class act!!!

From the start of our listing, we were very impressed. Bryan came out and took amazing photos of our house and the online component of our listing looked extremely professional. With more and more people relying on online listings, we were extremely happy to finally have an agent that understood that and worked to make our online presence the best that it could be. I'm convinced that the pictures, virtual walkthrough, and listing that he put together is what ultimately sold our house.

Bryan also put us in contact with local contractors that came out to perform some small repairs and painting at a very reasonable rate to help get our house ready for the market. So basically he took care of everything related to getting a house ready and sold.

Throughout the listing of our house, Bryan gave weekly video updates which focused on the local market activity, recent walkthrough feedback, and advice on our listing. Bryan was very savvy with regard to the housing market, both large scale, and specific to our area, and always gave us the bottom line on what we should expect and how we should price our house. Ultimately, these weekly updates and personal touch led to that all elusive sale in this difficult market conditions. Bryan got us an offer very close to our listing price and fought for us during contract negotiations to get us a deal we could accept, all of which came at the perfect time for our relocation. All we can say is thank you, and that we would highly, highly recommend Bryan Tobiason.

Bryan Tobiason is a cut above the rest. He is what you would expect your realtor to be. No ego just down to earth personality, and a passoin for what he does.
