Having Bryan as my first selling agent sets the bar pretty high for all future agents. I had a buyer who was demanding and made a series of last minute demands in large part because her own agent had failed her. Bryan was able guide us around each of the problems that came up and make this deal happen.

As a person who's worked for several decades in customer service, I place an extremely high value on the skill. Bryan exceeded my expectations and performed at a level that I'd not even heard was possible. In one of the buyer's last minute demands, he even rolled up his sleeves and lent his truck to removing some items the buyer didn't want.

Beyond this, Bryan has an integrity that demonstrates not only that he's working for the best interests of his client but that he can be trusted in your home and with your keys. He takes his obligation to his client seriously getting the best deal possible, but also provides a peace of mind that you cannot put a price tag on. I would recommend Bryan in the highest possible terms, and have done so to my own mother.
