    Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Vail, AZ.
    Bryan Welch was our Realtor and probably the best there is! He has been in Real Estate for 23 years and really knows the business. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy!     Bought a home in 2011.

I have worked all facets of the residential real estate market from new homes, to resale, and I was the first Designated Broker in the State of Arizona to work with a developer (Fairfield Homes) to build and sell a condominium hotel. In 2005 we sold and started construction on "Wyndham Canoa Ranch Resort" in Green Valley, Arizona. I must say, it is still one of my favorite properties available today. Sometimes people ask me why I'm in Real Estate. and to tell you the truth, it's all about the people I meet and help. I work 100% by referral. That means you will not often see me advertised in a newspaper or a magazine. I love all types of home buyers especially first time home buyers.
