Sold a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $200K in Saint Louis, MO.
Bryan and Suzanne were absolutely wonderful with both the sale of my condo as well as the purchase of my new home. They walked me through the process and were always there to answer any questions I had. Bryan worked his magic when the sale of my condo fell through and found a new buyer within days, making the entire process practically seamless. He even served as a bit of a therapist when I freaked out… he talked me down off of a ledge numerous times :-) He even texted me after I moved in to see how I was doing. I would (and have) recommend the Young Reality Group to anyone looking for a great home buying experience.
I have spent years acquiring rental properties through Bryan, even my personal home. He truly earns five stars on all the above criteria. His experience has gained him local knowledge that can't be matched. His negotiation skills are spot on. I've never had a bad deal.
Bryan knows a lot about building codes, and like another person said, he'll catch stuff that an inspector wont see. He's patient and not pushy at all. If a house doesn't meet your goals, he will strongly advise you not to buy it. However, once you find the one you want, he'll start the process immediately. Overall Bryan is a hidden gem.
Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $150K in North Hampton, Saint Louis, MO.
I worked with Bryan for 2 years and he helped guide me through the entire process of purchasing my first home. I thought he did an excellent job and was VERY patient and answered my questions with his honest opinion and had my best interest in mind; he pointed our what was wrong or right with every home.
Pushed contract on first meeting. I told him that I need some time to think it over. He showed me a few homes a couple days later and pushed the contract again. After I told him I still needed time to have my lawyer review before signing anything, he stopped responding to my inquiries entirely. Thought this was common practice, but found another realtor. Never has asked me to sign anything and won't until I actually am ready to buy.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in North Hampton, Saint Louis, MO.
Bryan is amazing, professional, and very patient. I relocated to St. Louis from the south and fortunately choose Bryan as my agent based on his Zillow reviews. Purchasing property at any time is a challenge and stressful, however it is compounded when you are new to the market and the neighborhoods. He showed me numerous homes and neighborhoods and was very keen in detecting exactly what I was looking for in a home.
This was my 9th real estate purchase and Bryan is by far the most professional and knowledgeable real estate agent I have ever worked with on any property purchase or sale. If I could put ++++ marks on his ratings I would!

I am writing this review from the living room of my beautiful new house. This is my first home and had no idea how the process worked when I got started. Bryan was fantastic every step of the way. He was helpful, understanding, very knowledgable and baffleingly accessable. We cannot thank him enough for putting us in this situation.
