Sold a home in 2011.
Bryan Young did a great job for me and my family. He helped us sell our home in Kirkwood, and our investment properties in Crestwood and South County. He got more than we expected in a lot less time, and he helped us get set up in our new home by referring us to an agent in our new town. He answers his phone, returns his calls and does what he says he will do! A rare find today!

I have already referred Bryan Young to several of my friends and family! I have bought a lot of properties through the years. This guy really knows his stuff, but he is so down-to-earth and easy to work with. But he is also a tough negotiator and worked hard to get me a great deal on my last property. He took the time to understand my needs, dreams and plans. He takes the time to explain the process, and what to expect, and he takes the drama out of the deal. There is NO DOUBT that I will call him when I need help buying, selling or leasing!! My friends think he is pretty cool too!

Sold a Multi Family home in 2010 in Bevo Mill, Saint Louis, MO.
Bryan is one of the best brokers in the business. He was extremely responsive and respectful. He asked lots of questions to make sure I had explained my interests/needs and digested my possibilities. He showed me all of the properties in the market by email, and then was very patient as I looked for my new home. When we looked at each property, he pointed out all of the advantages and disadvantages he saw. I felt very comfortable working with him as a buyer...

At the same time, he helped me identify what I needed to do to get my old house sold, and he hooked me up with contractors to do the work. When he listed it, he outlined the process I could expect, and assured me a was doing the right thing. He got me a very good price from a well qualified buyer. I can not recommend him enough!

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $150K in North Hampton, Saint Louis, MO.
I worked with Bryan for 2 years and he helped guide me through the entire process of purchasing my first home. I thought he did an excellent job and was VERY patient and answered my questions with his honest opinion and had my best interest in mind; he pointed our what was wrong or right with every home.

Showed home in 2013.
Pushed contract on first meeting. I told him that I need some time to think it over. He showed me a few homes a couple days later and pushed the contract again. After I told him I still needed time to have my lawyer review before signing anything, he stopped responding to my inquiries entirely. Thought this was common practice, but found another realtor. Never has asked me to sign anything and won't until I actually am ready to buy.

My personal commitment is & always has been to deliver real estate services "as it should be done"...adhering to State Law, Code of Ethics & Best Practices. Standard operating procedure at this firm is to present the MO Broker Disclosure Form & agency forms early in the process, as required by MO law. The disclosure form presents representation choices available to any person in MO, & the options offered by our brokerage. The 2nd form is a standard Buyer Agency Agreement that outlines our Duties & Responsibilities to you as a client. Every client has an EASY EXIT OPTION that allows either party - client or agent - to terminate the agency agreement at any time for any reason. I only WANT to work with people who WANT TO WORK WITH US. We don't need to tie people up, but we do need to be able to represent them properly. We expect WIN-WIN relationship. We were not able to win your business today...perhaps tomorrow.
