My personal commitment is & always has been to deliver real estate services "as it should be done"...adhering to State Law, Code of Ethics & Best Practices. Standard operating procedure at this firm is to present the MO Broker Disclosure Form & agency forms early in the process, as required by MO law. The disclosure form presents representation choices available to any person in MO, & the options offered by our brokerage. The 2nd form is a standard Buyer Agency Agreement that outlines our Duties & Responsibilities to you as a client. Every client has an EASY EXIT OPTION that allows either party - client or agent - to terminate the agency agreement at any time for any reason. I only WANT to work with people who WANT TO WORK WITH US. We don't need to tie people up, but we do need to be able to represent them properly. We expect WIN-WIN relationship. We were not able to win your business today...perhaps tomorrow.
