Bryan is the best agent I have ever worked with and I say this having worked with over 30 agents since 1981. In that time I have both brought my own homes as well as an invested in many properties in 3 different states. His skill set is impressive! He provides a full range of skills that are vital to clients who are either buying or selling. These include a strong working knowledge of value, neighborhoods, city & county regulations, and the buying and selling process. He also has very strong understanding of construction and is expert in identifying issues for the buyer ensuring they clearly understand risks. As well, he should be recognized for his approach, he is patient with explaining aspects of a prospective purchase or sale, very supportive, no questions are out of line and he is readily available when needed. He has been available to answer questions and provide direction whenever needed. I have worked with Bryan in aspects of real estate, showing, buying and selling since 2014 with no end in site. Very prompt and responded to calls, emails, and text in a timely manner, but made sure when he was with you he focuses on your questions and needs. A great real estate agent! A+

I worked with Bryan of Young Realty Group to find the perfect home back in 2010. I like open concept homes with walk-out basements to well-treed lots. Bryan was very persistent in showing us the various markets where houses like this could be found in our price range. He knows the Saint Louis market very well. He helped us see flaws in various homes that we didn't even notice. He gave us excellent advice on many occasions. Bryan is very personable and loyal to his clients. Bryan and Suzanne were absolutely wonderful with both the sale of my condo as well as the purchase of my new home. They walked me through the process and were always there to answer any questions I had. Bryan worked his magic when the sale of my condo fell through and found a new buyer within days, making the entire process practically seamless. He even served as a bit of a therapist when I freaked out… he talked me down off of a ledge numerous times :-) He even texted me after I moved in to see how I was doing. Bought a home in 2014 in Walnut Park West, Castle Point, MO 63136.

I have spent years acquiring rental properties through Bryan, even my personal home. He truly earns five stars on all the above criteria. His experience has gained him local knowledge that can't be matched. His negotiation skills are spot on. I've never had a bad deal. Bryan knows a lot about building codes, and like another person said, he'll catch stuff that an inspector wont see. He's patient and not pushy at all. If a house doesn't meet your goals, he will strongly advise you not to buy it. However, once you find the one you want, he'll start the process immediately. Overall Bryan is a hidden gem.

Showed home in 2013 in Midtown, Saint Louis, MO 63103.

Pushed contract on first meeting. I told him that I need some time to think it over. He showed me a few homes a couple days later and pushed the contract again. After I told him I still needed time to have my lawyer review before signing anything, he stopped responding to my inquiries entirely. Thought this was common practice, but found another realtor. Never has asked me to sign anything and won't until I actually am ready to buy.

Standard operating procedure at this firm is to present the MO Broker Disclosure Form & agency forms early in the process, as required by MO law. The disclosure form presents representation choices available to any person in MO, & the options offered by our brokerage. The 2nd form is a standard Buyer Agency Agreement that outlines our Duties & Responsibilities to you as a client. Every client has an EASY EXIT OPTION that allows either party - client or agent - to terminate the agency agreement at any time for any reason. I only WANT to work with people who WANT TO WORK WITH US. We don't need to tie people up, but we do need to be able to represent them properly. We expect WIN-WIN relationship. We were not able to win your business today...perhaps tomorrow.
