Nick was the consummate professional through our entire selling experience - a great listener, intelligent, sharp negotiator, patient and cool when things didn't go as well as expected, knowledgeable about both the market and the process, and exceptionally responsive.

Bought a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $375K in Lower Peters Canyon, Irvine, CA.
When someone asks me to evaluate my home buying experience, one name comes to mind... Nick long. I'm in sales myself and have been a sales representative at Fletcher Jones for over 10 years now. I've become very acclimated with the sales process and like to cut through all the B.S whenever possible. So to accomplish this goal I chose to work with someone I knew. My first real-estate rep was a close friend of mine. This made it extremely difficult to see all of the available homes that were available to me due to the fact that I didn't want to take him away from his other appointments or family commitments. The viewing of properties slowley became a chore that would only be taken seriously if I claimed to have found the perfect home. When almost every home I wanted to look at had to be the perfect home to actualy see the property, I knew it was time to move on to a different agent. In this current day of historic interst rates and if you understand.what kind of buyers market we are in, it is imperative to not only see the homes that are available immediately, but to work with someone that is intelligent enough to find out your buying motives and needs. When I started to work with Nick, I noticed a difference from the first conversation we had. He asked first if the property I was purchasing was to be an investment property or something that I just planned to live in with my family, or both. I never realy thought about it to tell you the truth, but in working with someone who was so knowledgable I really wanted to here his input. Nicks background from our conversation is very extensive. He use to work for Shea homes where he was responsible for not just 1 or 2 homes, but entire building tracks including the projections of growth throughout a homes life cycle. If he was responsible for million dollar transactions with a company as large as Shea homes, he could probably help me with my single condo home in Irvine. The education that I was able to gain through our realtor buyer relationship was something that was deffinetley not only expected. But looking back to it now, it's a valuable asset that I will keep with me throughout my home buying lifetime. When I presented Nick with a short list of homes that I wanted to see, he inevitably would show me the ones that were on my list, but what impressed me was the fact that he also showed me a few other homes that were close to the same price and location to the homes that I requested. It's like he was reading my mind with some of the properties that he inevitably showed me. With each showing of a property he became closer and closer to pinpointing the exact home that would be perfect for my family. With too many realtors today, its our job as the "buyer" to find out which property we wish to view as opposed to the realtor doing there job. Nick called me on the phone and told me he had found the perfect home. It was not the only home he called this, but the last time he had the perfect home, it was so close to being perfect that I was excited to see what he had come up with. I couldn't believe it! We had found our new home. In most circumstances the escrow process is the most agonizing part of the home buying experience. With Nicks extensive background, my fiancé and I were able to not only lock down a low rate bit also close escrow while we were on vacation in a hotel in Hawaii. He was able to send us a mobil notary to the exact hotel that we were staying in so that we could close escrow before our rate lock had expired. The vacation was planned months before the escrow process but with his help we were able to enjoy our vacation and have something to look forward to when we arrived home. Thank you Nick for the wonderful home that we so exstaticaly call home. We couldn't have done it without you. And most importantley thank you for putting up with me.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $650K in Lower Peters Canyon, Irvine, CA.
Nick is a very very nice and professional agent. My husband and I choose Nick as our agent because he is knowledgeable and quickly understood what kind of the house we want at our first meeting. We are the first time buyer and lack a lot of knowledge in real estate. Nick did a lot of work to help us to find our dream home. He never pushed us to submit an offer but give us freedom to decide. We met a lot of problems in this deal. Nick never complained anything but protected us in the whole process. He helped us finally got our dream home. We are so lucky to find Nick and we believe without his kind help we can not get this home. We highly recommend Nick and thanked Nick here again.

Sold a Condo home in 2010 in Northwood Point, Irvine, CA.
Nick proved himself as a superior real estate agent in all aspects of the listing and sale of my home. I'm convinced I got the highest price for my home during a difficult market, a feat an ordinary agent would not have been able to acheive. I was very satisfied and recommend him highly.
