Hi, Thank you for your responses. I was able to remove a lot of pictures, something like 20 pictures, but the last nine pictures, I am not able to remove. There is no remove button. I did successfully remove almost all the pictures, but I am not able to remove the last nine pictures. All that I am allowed to do is upload pictures. There is no remove option. The address is 12840 SW 58 Street, Mustang, OK 73064I posted all the 9 pictures which are displayed for the property listed as:12840 SW 58 Street, Mustang, OK 73064Thank you for your consideration.
As a professional REALTOR, I find that Zillow needs to allow REALTORS to be able to remove the pictures that were posted to a listing. When the listing is no longer with the REALTOR the information provided by the REALTOR should be allowed to be deleted, otherwise REALTORS will not come post pictures or information to their listings, as other people will be able to use their information provided by professionals free which takes away from our livelihood.
I suggest avoid going into foreclosure or bankruptcy, if you can hang on a couple of months. Find a REALTOR with a record for selling homes fairly quick, an internet savvy REALTOR, who will aggressively market your property, and who does not have 50 to 100 listings. You need a REALTOR with a few select listings who will devote their energy to your property.Move everything out of the property you are selling; except for furnishings to attractively stage your property you want to sell. Read up on how to stage a home, and ask for advice from your REALTOR on what you need to do.Do whatever you need to do to get your property in pristine condition and to have great curb appeal.Declutter, Clean, and stage your property, Get the best REALTOR who will devote time, money and energy to get you house sold. A really important factor is to price your house to sell quick.Price for a quick sale, but make sure to price it high enough to pay a sellers bonus of $ 3,000 to the selling REALTOR. It is my opinion that a great REALTOR and the things mentioned will sell your property, and you will not have to go into the horrible ordeal of having bad credit. Also another idea which I actually have done before Phill and I became REALTORS.I staged our home in pristine condition inside and out. Put an ad in the paper for an open house. Only one couple came through. They put $3000 down, which everything we did went through an attorney. The attorney gave us the $3,000. They took over our loan, which If I remember right was a VA loan. We were supposed to be liable for 5 years ( This was a huge act of trust in the good working in our favor.), but they sold it after only one year. We got out of that loan, just in time. We were a military family, and transferred out. We were needing it sold yesterday, so we barely got out of it.
I would like the pictures I took of one of my listings removed, as it is no longer my listing
