I called three times to inquire about a rental. Finally reaching someone in his office on the third try, I was told that the tenants were still in the house and that they were reaching out to find out when it could be shown, that I was the first to call on the property and would be the first one to view it. I was told I'd be called back in a day or so as soon as they heard from the tenant. Three days later, I called back and left a message. Two days after that, I called back and spoke again to the woman in the office who basically told me the same information, there were no new updates whatsoever, that she would follow up and call me first thing in the morning. That was a week ago. We wound up finding another home, from another agent (who calls back immediately, answers emails with in about 2 minutes). I never did hear back on the rental, which I now see is off the market. How could any office consider this a professional way to do business?
