Sold a home in 2012.
Our property had been listed with other agents for years. We listed with Keith Cook, and even after the listing had expired he continued to advocate for us and work on this property until he found a buyer and the sale closed! Keith is very responsive and easy to work with. He is a friendly person, with an easy going personality, and really enjoys what he does. Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Guide Meridian, Bellingham, WA.
Keith Cook was just outstanding in handling our real estate transaction through every step of the process. He spent time at the beginning to really understand what we were looking for, offered expert advice on the qualities of each property, and moved very quickly to find us alternative properties when we were ready to move on.. Keith was approachable,patient in answering all our questions, and took and returned every call promptly. He is obviously very knowledgeable about the Bellingham market. Sold a home in 2012.
Keith did a great job for us in selling our lot.
We are located out of the country and as such all of the communication was via email and phone. Keith and his team did a wonderful job at keeping us informed. We received regular and detailed updates on activity and interest levels of potential buyers.
