Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Blossom Park, San Antonio, TX.
I recently purchased a home with the help of Joe Corwin and Alex Marti, I was extremely pleased with the service I received from these two gentlemen who handled everything in a prompt and professional way. Alex worked hard negotiating my deal with the sellers agent while keeping me informed on the status of my offer. Property manage a home.
I would never recomend using sellsmart to manage your property. I have had to call Joe Corwin several times because his property managers don't return their calls. He has never resolved any of the issues that we had with his employees, to include returning calls, sending statements of payment to us each month, sending our tax info, and ensuring our tennants were getting repairs done when needed. The airconditioner went out and we were not notified, we only saw a $700 loss on our rent check. His company has a high turnover rate of their employees, so you never know who you are supposed to contact when you need help. We don't even have a set of keys to our home because Joe Corwin has not sent them back to us after we left their property management. With all these issues happening they felt they could keep taking our money for their services when their side of the contract was not being upheld. Stay away from them.…More Less
