Bought a home in 2012.Summary:
Steve represents the height of patience , for every little specifictaion that we had ..he patiently noted down things and ensured that we landed up in the perfect house that had everything little spec we required. He made sure that we are not hurrying up with any decisions and strived hard to get us into the place that would make us happy with no compromises made. At various instances where the builder went wrong, He made sure that it was corrected back to what was specified. Steve in course of time became such a good friend to rely on. He even extended hand to help after we closed on the house for any house related work, he spent time to get them completed as he understood our hectic schedule. One wonderful thing that i enjoy thoroughly in the house in the big sink that was a result of Steve ensuring that we got the right one put in though the builders did not initially install them..He got us a very good deal on the house , specifying various additional things that we enjoy now and those that are an add on to the house. I would definitely recommend Stve to all my friends and I already am... Steve sepnt so much of time to help us locate the right place and guided us throughout, patiently. We finally have a lovely home for which we thank Steve for all the negotiations and hard work. Steve is more a friend now .. and we are glad in all ways. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Rogers, AR.Summary:
Steve made our experience looking for a home enjoyable. He is very responsive, knowledgable and patient! He has a great attention for detail and insures that the process goes as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone. My daughters and wife loved him as well.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100k in Fayetteville, AR.Summary:
Steve was very quick to respond to phone calls and emails, and very prompt in getting paperwork together. He helped us understand the homebuying process, was helpful in pointing out a variety of things about our home (good and bad...things that would or might not pass inspection and the like). I really felt like he wanted the best for us as homebuyers and was not just out to make some money. We met with him to propose an offer on a house and were closing on the house within 29 days!!!
