A native of the South Bay Area, I employ my extensive knowledge of the Bay Area's distinctly different neighborhoods and regions to the benefit of my clients. My insight into the unique attributes of each neighborhood helps my buyers find the perfect home for their needs - now and in the future - and helps me sell my clients' homes for maximum value.
 
Educated in Almaden Valley's public schools (Bret Harte Middle and Leland High School) and at Santa Clara University (B.S. 2001, M.B.A. 2007), I firmly believe in giving back to my community. In January 2010, I founded the Bronco Water Polo Foundation, a non-profit corporation dedicated to supporting the academic, athletic, and career goals of Santa Clara University's male and female water polo players and to elevate and expand the sport in general. 

Although I am very familiar with most neighborhoods in San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties, I have particular insight and knowledge into the Los Gatos, Almaden, Cambrian, Campbell, Willow Glen, Blossom Valley, Sunnyvale, Los Altos, and Santa Clara neighborhoods.

I also have extensive expertise with respect to investment properties. Until December 2010, I owned and operated a successful property management brokerage that managed 85 units in Santa Clara County. This experience, along with my own experience as a real estate investor and the knowledge of finance and accounting that I acquired while studying for my Master's makes me ideally suited to offer sage advice and counsel for my investor clients.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $725K in Morgan Hill, CA.

Brett Bynum is an excellent real estate agent, he is not only highly skilled and educated (MBA) but also very intuitive and extremely experienced. He knows the real estate business very well, he studied its highs and lows and knows the market upside down as he bought and sold a whole lot of houses in Bay Area.

Me and my husband looked for a house for a while and it was our first time buying so we didn't know much about it. Brett explained everything to us in detail, was very patient with us and gave us many options, asked questions and suggested solutions. He recommended what would be best for us. He didn't just want to sell us a house, he wanted us to be happy and satisfied with a good value and price of it.

Brett also knows a lot about construction of a house, he can spot any problems with the foundation right away and looks very closely at every house we liked. We wanted to put an offer on a house that seemed great but Brett noticed mold upstairs and he advised against it. He is very honest and thorough. We trusted Brett and he proved to us that he is very trustworthy. When we finally found a house that had no structural problems Brett put together a great offer that got us a house even though there were 3 offers higher than ours. We were selected because of Brett's expertize, persistence, great judgment and knowledge of the market. Now we are very happy owners.

It was great working with Brett as he is so easy going, kind, open, reliable and you can count on him anytime. It seems as if he works day and night to make sure a client is satisfied. We are recommending Brett to our friends and family. He is a friend now who worked hard for us. We will use him again if we want to sell our house or buy another one. He is a pleasure to work with and gets the job done fast and in a professional manner.

Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $875K in Los Altos, CA.

Brett was extremely instrumental in helping us finding our dream house in a very hard market for buyers. He was knowledgeable, very responsive and above all honest. The seller of our house was not responding fast enough to realtor-represented buyers. Brett understood the situation and let us know quickly so we could approach the buyer on our own. We ended up getting the house and felt bad because Brett was not able to get his good earn fee. Brett was very understanding and we are extremely grateful for it.

He will be our first choice when the time comes to move on to another place.

Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $400K in West San Jose, San Jose, CA.

Brett did extensive research to help me decide on the asking price for my condo. He carefully walked me through this process and answered all of my questions to make this important decision. His recommendation was right on target. The timing on listing the property and doing the open houses worked perfectly. He was always available to answer all of my questions throughout the selling process. Brett set up a time line and adhered to it. When it came time to sign the closing paperwork he sat beside me to answer any questions I had. The entire experience was positive and a big success.
