Sold a home in 2012.
I've had the privilege of Cindy's Real Estate services since 2006 when she sold our East Highland home enabling us to move up to a larger home. Her vast knowledge of all aspects of the field enabled us to sell that home 5 years later to downsize to a single story. We called upon her services again because of her integrity and loyalty to her clients. She became more than just our Realtor, she was our friend. She found the single story for us, negotiated a great price and closed the deal in November. I highly recommend Cindy's services if you want a professional with the personal touch.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $250K in Redlands, CA.
Our family hired Cindy as a real estate agent in 2009. The task was quite challenging - find a house for a first time home buyers with a small baby, with a lot of requirements and limited budget.
Cindy was very patient and we kept looking for the right property until we found a place which we liked. He guided us through the whole process, giving a number of helpful advises, including ones about personal preferences as well as related to possible expenses when dealing with different properties.
She’s really personally involved in what she is doing and she is an open-minded person. We saw a big variety of houses in very different locations that gave us the idea what we like most.
