Purchasing a home can be a very stressful time for anyone. My husband and I choose Cindy Larson because she came highly recommended. Cindy had a very good understanding of what we were looking for, had tons of knowledge of the housing market, and found us what we wanted in a very short time. She gave us good advice when it came to negotiating the purchase of our home. Cindy's overall performance was outstanding. Even after the purchase of our home, Cindy is still there answering any questions we have. We feel as though we made a friend for life with Cindy.

Our family hired Cindy as a real estate agent in 2009. The task was quite challenging - find a house for a first time home buyers with a small baby, with a lot of requirements and limited budget. Cindy was very patient and we kept looking for the right property until we found a place which we liked. He guided us through the whole process, giving a number of helpful advises, including ones about personal preferences as well as related to possible expenses when dealing with different properties. She’s really personally involved in what she is doing and she is an open-minded person. We saw a big variety of houses in very different locations that gave us the idea what we like most.
