    Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $425K in Santa Cruz, CA.
    Janice worked on a very complex short sale that was a consequence of my being divorced by my wife. Janice displayed a great deal of patience and diplomacy knowing when to push and when to pull back in order to overcome my ex-wife's reluctance to smoothly execute the short sale.     Sold a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $450K in Cambrian Park, San Jose, CA.
    Janice is creative, resourceful,and determine. When things were not on track she came up with a way to get people attention. She did this with buyers, sellers, and lenders.
