    Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $250K in Meadowview, Sacramento, CA.

    As a realtor, I love my job. I never grow tired of taking people out looking for a home. Each time I also learn something about a new person and get the opportunity to make a new friend. I have developed some really close friendships with people who I have assisted in Real Estate. Showing REO properties is very interesting in that you see a lot of properties that have great potential and for a good deal. I really like helping people see and understand the value in homeownership.

    I equally enjoy listing properties, myself along with my team work very hard to market properties and get them sold as quickly as possible. 

    I am not one of the Agents who only care about making their next commission. I care more about putting a smile on my clients face and peace in their hearts. It truely brings me joy to help someone achieve their financial goals.

    I have owned my real estate company for 11 years. I have extensive experience in working with first time homebuyers. I am very familiar with down payment assistance programs that are available from local bay area cities and the state. I have been working with foreclosures for over 8 years as I dealt with them in my previous career of 15 years as a Financial Planner in the banking industry. I am proud to say that I have helped quite a few clients save their homes through the foreclosure bailout process. I have also successful noegoiated and sold short sale properties. I consider myself a Realtor who is seasoned and fair.
