Callie Dalton and Ken Smith were absolutely terrible to deal with. They were supposed to help me find a house when moving to Roanoke, VA. They showed me houses that were nothing that I had asked to see. I tried contacting them on several occasions by phone and email (at least 5-7 times). When I was finally able talk to Ken, he hurried me off the phone in about 2 minutes - as if he didn't have time to talk with me and didn't care to listen to anything I said. Very disrespectful.

Maybe they only care to deal with people who are looking for expensive houses and have a lot of money to give them so they can make as much money as possible. Maybe all the care about is their image and marketing and not how helpful they can be to an average buyer.

I would not recommend them to anyone. If they had done what any realtor should do as part of their job, I probably would not have wasted my time moving to VA. They are all talk, no action.

Use them at your own risk. Just don't plan on moving from another state and hope to get any useful information or communication from them.

Callie was great!!!!!

She treats you like you are a part of her own family. I would highly recommend Callie and her team to anyone that is in the market to buy or sell a home.
