What a pleasure Cindy is to work with. I first met her a couple of years ago, when I had found the "home of my dreams". This house was a foreclosure and after an extremely bad experience with a couple of other realtors on other homes in the area, I was fortunate enough to speak with Cindy. The home was listed and within a couple of days of being listed, I had called the listing agent to request a showing -- luckily the listing person was not available and I was transferred to Cindy. She immediately opened her schedule up for me and we were able to visit the home within a couple of hours. We fell in love, Cindy had come with several specifics on the home, the neighborhood and comparison information in the area. We put an offer in that evening and within less than 48 hours, she had made contact with the bank and returned their counter offer -- within 72 hours of first meeting we were under contract. Our closing took place within 45 days!! Her persistence, dedication and knowledge of the industry was an extreme breath of fresh air.... we had literally tried to place offers on 5 other homes in a 2 year span of time with 4 other realtors and each experience was arduous and ultimately did not work out due to the other agents not being able to navigate through the short sale/foreclosure climate we are all faced with in this economy -- We were so very pleased with and thankful to Cindy for making this transaction painless and very enjoyable!! The way that buying a home should be.... she is wonderful and someone I have referred to several friends and family members. She is the best in her field!!!

As experienced home buyers, but not familiar with the area we were purchasing in, Cindy was perfect for us.
