Bought a home in 2011.
Mark Veltre helped me purchase a residence in 2010. It was a short sale and he took care of all the details and paper work while guiding me through a potentially frustrating process of dealing with the banks. Mark always communicated with me in a timely manner and having been a broker, he knows how to handle all the many details involved with these complicated real estate deals. Bought a home in 2011.
I found mark to be highly professional in all of my dealings with him while purchasing a condo in december. he was always very responsive and had the right advice and for me. as a result of his timely communications i was able to make a very good purchase at a great price in timely fashion. in fact with his help i was able to close on the sale of my home in tampa and the purchase of the condo on the same day...just a few hours apart. i consider him to be a top notch real estate excutive.

Mark is the best RE Agent that I have ever encountered. He is one of only two or three advisers that I have EVER worked with that acted as a true fiduciary for me in my interactions with him. He did what benefited ME, not him. Unbelievable. And he is a whiz with waterfront/high end/distressed properties given his experience as a mortgage broker. You will not be disappointed.…MoreLess
