Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Green Cove Springs, FL.
We found CC by calling realtors until someone picked up the phone on a Saturday!...and we're glad she did. She was super helpful and so on top of it. Her staff is awesome and I always could get in contact with them. Closed in 3 weeks!

Sold a Townhouse home in 2013 in Mandarin Station - Losco, Jacksonville, FL.
CC took over a situation that was a total disaster. The previous realtor and attorney had completely dropped the ball. CC came in and not only took the ball and ran with it; she scored a touchdown! CC kept in close contact with us and kept us up to date with every detail regarding this transaction. We couldn't have asked for a more involved, educated and personal agent. We would use her again in a heartbeat and recommend her to anyone that needs a realtor.

It was a pleasure working with CC Underwood. She kept me informed on the whole process on selling my home, constantly updating me as we went through the process. CC made selling my home stress free, easy and worked with me through the whole process. I will always recomend her to frinds and family as I feel she did and EXCELLENT JOB!!!!.....

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Loretto, Jacksonville, FL.
I reached out to several agents claiming to be experienced in short sales in mid-2012. CC was the first to respond and I am quite happy that was the case. She was knowledgeable, very good about communicating throughout the process, and pleasure to work with. Like most people, I did not look forward to the process of a short sale. Her expertise and working hand-in-hand with a title company that I used throughout the process made for a smooth transition.
If you are in the Jacksonville area and do not work with CC & her team then you are truly missing out on the best possible experience in selling your home.

CC is hands down at the top of her game. If you want the best, she is it.
PLEASE learn from my mistake!

When I decided to sell my home, at first I used a family friend who was getting into the business. I wanted to throw her a bone and help her out. COLLOSSAL mistake!
The crappy realtor: She let the property go (when she said she was handling it) and then my HOA was coming after me for thousands of dollars in fees and fines as a result of her neglect and lack of communication.
Also, not a single open house and then, to top it all off, she let my listing expire off the MLS. That is when I said enough is enough and shamefully turned to CC, opening with "I am so sorry I did not give you my listing to begin with, but can you help me out of a mess please?"
CC The Great: Without saying "I told you so" she took me, and my real estate mess on and got everything sorted. "Sit back and I will take care of you" she said. And that is exactly what she did. She did open houses (with esses), straighten out the legal mess that was my HOA, had the yard taken care of, found buyers, worked with the bank, pre-signed the papers with me (because I was out of town during the scheduled closing) and even called to follow up!!!!
Her service was above and beyond if you ask me.
CC is the ONLY realtor you should consider, period. Period.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in East Arlington, Jacksonville, FL.
We would not have been able to complete our short sale without CC's knowledge and expertise. The process was not fun but CC made it easier to understand and never stopped advocating for us even as the sale took many unusual twists and turns. We could not recommend an any agent any higher than CC and her team!

We sold our home in January 2012 and purchased a new home in February 2012 with the expert help of CC Underwood. She faithfully answered all our phone calls, emails and text messages at all hours of the day and night. She followed up on showings without hesitation and went well beyond her duties to ensure we had a fantastic buying and selling experience. She helped us find our forever home and I will forever be grateful for her passion and dedication that is SO rare in the Real Estate profession.
