    Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Somersworth, NH.
    This is our family's 6th real estate transaction with Cindi. The main reason why we keep on obtaining her services is because she follows through on all of our requests. No need to make second or third calls looking for the information! She knows the marketing area and will be honest and truthful about the value or offers of either your home or the home that you are purchasing (even if the truth hurts!)

    Bought a home in 2012.
    Buying a home is a very big commitment, and I wanted to find an agent that made me feel like my best interest was at heart....and I found that I'm Cindi.

    She was responsive, thorough, patient, caring, and made sure that I was fully kept in the loop on everything. I really felt like she was all over this, and that she was going to present me with all the facts, and help me make an educated decision.

    She helped ride the waves of the ups and downs of the negotiation, and the bottom line is I have a home I love.

    I would highly recommend Cindi to anyone who is looking for what i just described above.....not all realtors are so caring...trust me on that! She...quite honestly...was just awesome!

    Sold a home in 2011.
    Cindy was referred to my by a friend of mine who is also in the RE business. He said she was very responsive and knowledgable about tricky RE process, which my case was indeed considered! She was beyond responsive! She kept me updated every step of the way, responding to emails and messages mostly within minutes. She had info. for me regarding all my concerns, handled all of the go between with us, bank, mtg. co., buyer etc. She had my house sold in under 2 weeks in a very difficult market and I only had 4 showings in all! I can't recommend her enough and I would use her again in a heartbeat for my next transaction!…More Less

    As a lifelong resident of the Seacoast NH area, I am proud to call this my home. I love the season changes here and it's great being so close to the lakes, mountains and the ocean. In 2002 I decided to change career paths, leaving a traditional office environment and moving into real estate, becoming a Realtor licensed in both Maine & New Hampshire. Helping families transition from one home to another has become something I truly enjoy. Whether it's first time homebuyers, families relocating into or out of this area, or maybe just some other kind of life changing situation, I pride myself in working very hard for those who choose to work with me.

    For the last 20 years I have resided in Dover, with children attending the public schools here. I've watched the city change and grow into a place where I'll likely retire. There's something for everyone here, no matter what the time of year! With about 11 years of real estate behind me, I have gained experience with new construction, relocation clients, investment properties, existing home sales and most recently short sales and foreclosures. There's always something new to learn and that certainly keeps things interesting.

    Over the years I have gained some great friendships with both clients and fellow Realtors. Those friendships have proven to be very important to me and I value each and every one. Getting to know an individual or family throughout their transition time is one of the best benefits of this job.
