Bought a home in 2012.
Buying a home is a very big commitment, and I wanted to find an agent that made me feel like my best interest was at heart....and I found that I'm Cindi.
She was responsive, thorough, patient, caring, and made sure that I was fully kept in the loop on everything. I really felt like she was all over this, and that she was going to present me with all the facts, and help me make an educated decision.
She helped ride the waves of the ups and downs of the negotiation, and the bottom line is I have a home I love.
I would highly recommend Cindi to anyone who is looking for what i just described above.....not all realtors are so caring...trust me on that! She...quite honestly...was just awesome!

Sold a home in 2011.
Cindy was referred to my by a friend of mine who is also in the RE business. He said she was very responsive and knowledgable about tricky RE process, which my case was indeed considered! She was beyond responsive! She kept me updated every step of the way, responding to emails and messages mostly within minutes. She had info. for me regarding all my concerns, handled all of the go between with us, bank, mtg. co., buyer etc. She had my house sold in under 2 weeks in a very difficult market and I only had 4 showings in all! I can't recommend her enough and I would use her again in a heartbeat for my next transaction!

Having dealt with many realtors over the years, I would recommend Cindi without hesitation! This past year she helped me with the sale of one home and the purchase of another. The buyers of my home were very difficult and Cindi was steady and patient in ensuring that everyone's needs were met, culminating in a successful sale.
Cind worked with me for over 6 months to find my perfect house. Her knowledge of the area and her thoroughness in vetting the neighborhood and local and state zoning laws assured that I was aware of any building or businesses that might be an issue in the future. She did a great job in finding comparable properties resulting in a offer price based in reality and she was a fair and strong negotiator.

She works for you, understands the emotions that one will encounter during one of the largest purchases in your life especially for first time buyers. Her reputation among other realtors is impeccable. A joy to work with.
