You will find none better than the Marc George & Associates team, but you can easily find a team that do not measure up! We chose to list our former home and purchase a new one with him. Our relationship began in 2012 when I came across some reviews of the team on YouTube. We were looking to sell our home that we were growing out of, only to find that the market had not rebounded to a point where it would be feasible to proceed. Rather than using a "bulldog" approach so common to the industry to post a quick sale, Marc was interested in building a relationship. He simply asked if we minded if he contacted us every few months to so to see where we were, and to send monthly local market data for our reference. I was impressed by his patience and consideration, so when the market recovered to the extent it made sense to consider moving, Marc George is who we called without hesitation.

In Fall 2013, we came to find Marc knows the region and worked with us in identifying properties that met our present and future needs and was extremely responsive throughout the process. With his input, we placed our home on the market at an amount that would garner interest without underselling. Within three days in a slow market, Kristina had put together an impressive marketing package on the home, it was posted to the MLS and we had a purchase agreement at our asking price. Other homes in the area were either significantly overpriced or not prepped for viewings and sat out there months before and months after. He knows how to manage expectations with a soft glove; which is important when dealing with an emotional investment such as your personal residence.

We did not expect to sell so quickly and did not have a chance to look for a new home. Brian jumped on the listings and we had properties to view that same week. We had very specific parameters that took a collaborative effort; to which, he encouraged rather than chaffed. Within three more days, we found our home and had a purchase agreement in place. All told, it took six days to sell and buy a home in a tough fourth-quarter 2013 Central Florida market. The home was recently refurbished and Brian was pivotal in resolving some outstanding punch-list items we came up with during the closing process.

David utilized his relationship with lenders to get us an extremely competitive package and was integral to the closing process. Again, we broke convention by buying and selling the two homes in the same morning at our request - all of which was schedule-driven, and none of which would I recommend (very stressful) if you can help it. Nonetheless, they were more than up for the task. They showed flexibility with our schedule constraints and spearheaded the effort to make it happen with a smile. What can we say? The whole process moved at light-speed, and our "'A' Team" responded with aplomb.

Unlike other real estate professionals we have experienced, Marc does not believe the relationship ends with the sale. We still hear from him occasionally to see how things are going, and he always makes himself available as a resource whenever needed. He goes against the grain to wonderful effect in an industry where the bottom line is 'how much money can I make off of you'. Fashionable, no. Considerate, yes. Simply put, that is why I am taking the time out of my day to post this review. It is well-deserved.

It was truly a collaborative relationship, led by a cool, consummate professional: Marc George. He keeps things in perspective with honesty and understanding. I have recommended him to others and do recommend him for your housing needs without hesitation.
