Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $825K in Willow Glen, San Jose, CA.
CJ was very responsive and did a great job negotiating with a sometimes difficult seller. We would highly recommend her especially if you're look in the Willow Glen area.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $875K in Los Gatos, CA.
"Anyone who has ever bought or sold a home understands well- the stresses associated with such a process.The most critical factor in mitigating such stress is [who] you choose to represent you. The term “best in the business” is (admittedly) over-used and inaccurate- UNLESS you are talking about CJ.
