Nick was Great! He came out to our house and spent a couple hours with us explaining the market in our area (both good and bad points) and helped us decide on just the right price to ask for our house. He explained the entire sale process his office recommends but left it completely open as to how much we wanted to follow through with their suggestions. I will admit it was a lot and at first very daunting. A "stager" came out and went through the house room by room and told us what she would change to make the house more appealing to prospective buyers. Although we disagreed with some of her suggestions, we did them anyway, and it paid off! The photos of our place were very impressive and we had a full asking price offer after only 9 days on the market. We had some extenuating circumstances regarding when we needed to close the sale but with Nick's help all went seamlessly. We were so pleased with Nick Kellar, we have already recommended his team to a family member who is looking to buy.

The Campbell & Kellar Team worked for my husband and I to get us the best deal on our new home. We had become too crowded for our townhouse. The Campbell & Kellar team sent an expert to guide us on ways we could fix up/stage our house to get a quick sale. Their strategy helped us get the most money for a town home that was one of many for sale in our neighborhood. The best part of our experience was getting into our next home. We found exactly what we needed for our growing family. A big yard, an excellent school district, and a brand new remodeled kitchen was what we wanted and ultimately purchased. Cory was very nice and honest. He would point out items about the house you would normally thing about during the viewing. As first time home buyer the process is a little overwhelming and Cory could of done a better job explaining the process. At time he was hard to get in touch with but always ended up answering our questions. Over all Cory was good and made buying our first home fun.

Corey was very good at assessing the value of the house. He had a game plan from the begining and we sold the house for the price range we wanted in the time frame we wanted. The Campbell and Kellar Team have a strategic plan that works. They helped in finding companies for repairs, spotting what needed to be rerepaired before putting the house on the market. They provided someone to come to the house for staging. I've used them before and will again if I need to buy or sell a house.

When we decided to sell our home, I interviewed 4 companies before Campbell & Kellar. All were about the same promising sales and so forth but offering very little in the way of documentation - prior sales in the area, comps etc. Nick Kellar came to the house in December of 2015. After listening to what he had to say, we didn't let him leave without us signing a contract for them to handle the sale. He was fully prepared and had everything ready to go. He had a process that he said was proven and that it was up to us if we wanted any of the "extra" services - staging - photos - home inspection - anything. We did have the stager come out and followed the process through. After we were done with what we felt were the changes we could make, the videographer came out and did his thing. When I saw the video and the pictures I couldn't believe it was our home ! ! ! ! We listed on March 14th, had two showings on March 16th - one person came back on the 17th and made an offer above what we had as our bottom line. We settled a month later ! Professionalism at it's highest level. ALWAYS a call back or response to a text or e-mail. When Nick says they have a process and IF you choose to follow the process you'll sell, he's telling the truth. It's up to you what you want to do as far as being involved in the sale process. If you want to sell quickly and fairly and have the entire process handled professionally, call the Kellar team. If you want a "factory" type of sale where you're one of hundred's of seller's, on their "team" but handled by someone different every time and the feeling that you're in this process by yourself, call someone else. On a side note, a neighbor listed her house at 30K less than ours and went through their process. She finally pulled the listing after 10 months of nothing ! ! ! Same layout, same street, exactly the same type of house. ZERO results ! ! ! ! Professional. Courteous. Prepared. Responsive. Efficient. Knowledgeable. Name the adjective ! ! ! It all comes with the Campbell & Kellar Team.

Sold a Townhouse home in 2014 for approximately $275K in Owings Mills, MD.

These guys are real professionals. We had listed our house with another agent for around 6 months (May-Oct) and we have 34 people came to see the house(2 year old house...built in 2012). We did not got one offer during this 6 months(very upsetting and frustrating moments). we decided to change the agent after 6 months of frustration. We talked to 3-4 agent this time and Corey was one of them. We end up signing Corey in November. He listed our house in 2 days as soon as his professional photographer was able to provide him pictures. We had 2 people came to see our house in first week and one of them end up buying our house. After initially listing my home for sale with a different realtor and failing to drum up any tangible interest in the property from buyers I decided I needed to make a change a find new representation. Before selecting a new realtor or agency to represent me in the sale of my home I wanted to vet as many realtors as possible so I did not repeat the mistakes of my first listing. Enter Corey Campbell of The Campbell & Keller Team... among the five or so realtors I interviewed and consider it was clear that Corey and his team were the ones I needed to sell my home. And I was right because Corey immediately delivered on his promise to sell my home and did it within two weeks after it had previously sat on the market for over 6 months.

From the beginning Corey was on top of his game and offered exactly what I was looking for in realtor to represent, position, and ultimately sell my home. He had a matter of fact no nonsense approach focused on the facts of what needed to happen to sell the house. He immediately showed his extensive knowledge of the Baltimore housing market which set him apart from my previous realtor and was something I desperately needed since I was selling this house from California. We were so lucky to find Nick Kellar and The Campbell & Kellar Team when buying our first home. Nick Kellar and his team graciously showed us at least 25 houses and helped us navigate the real estate market. At first, we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted, and he was so patient and supportive with us. Once we found the house we loved, Nick strategically negotiated our contract, getting us a fantastic house at a great price. Nick was also an expert at negotiating our requests once we had our home inspection. We couldn’t have asked for a more seamless transaction. In addition, his team was always very professional and highly responsive. Nick was always more than happy to answer questions that we had and was always so friendly and kind. My wife and I had hired a realtor to sell our house back in the spring of 2014. After almost 6 weeks with no showings on our home we decided it was time to look for another realtor. We heard about the Campbell and Kellar team through a friend and decided to give them a try. We met with Nick for the first time.. He was confident and determined to help us sell our home. I asked Nick if he could sell our home, he made one promise. He promised he would get people in the door. It wasn't more the a few days and we had people viewing our home online and we were getting calls constantly for showings. The showings seemed to be non stop and a few months later we have sold. My wife and I have had some bad experiences I the past, working with Nick was one of the best decisions we ever made. We are so happy with how we were treated and the way Nick had represented us that we have already asked him to help us look for our next home.
