Bought a home in 2011.
Cathy was a pleasure to work with. She goes above and beyond. Our first home was a short sale too with a lot of headaches involved, but Cathy went out of her way to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. We now feel like we got our dream home thanks to Cathy's help.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Ankeny, IA.
I have used Cathy 3 times now in buying homes and have never had an issue with her. If we ever need to sell or buy again I will not hesitate to contact her.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $450K in West Des Moines, IA.
Cathy was very patient with us and helped us every step of the way until we were able to find our dream house. She always made herself available to us when we had questions or when we were available to look at homes. We would highly recommend Cathy to anyone looking for a different home or looking to sell their current home.
