Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Loudon, NH.
Craig Parker is a very good, confident and competent Realtor. He listened as I explained what I was looking for in a home, my preferred locations and price range.At the time I was living over an hour away from my target area, not once did he disappoint; every property we looked at either met my preferences or I knew going into it what differences there would be, with no B.S. Craig returned all my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. If he was running a bit late, which can happen to anyone, I got a phone call. Craig knows how and when to offer advice and expertise and has a very good understanding of real estate sales. He is honest and, like me, gets frustrated by all the less than honest realtors out there. Craig is very attentive to the paperwork details which helps insure a smooth closing. Craig was my realtor when I purchased my home. He had walked me thru the process of purchasing and finding the home that I wanted. It was a process that was new to me, being a first time home buyer.
