Dealing with TriState was a breath of fresh air after horrible service from one of the megabanks in 2009. TriState's responsiveness, speed, and helpfulness was wonderful. We closed the refinance ahead of schedule and for both a lower rate and lower closing costs than initially quoted (don't know if that will always happen). We had initially been cautious about a mortgage broker instead of a megabank, but the difference in service was huge - to the megabank we were a number (even though our credit score is almost at the top of the range), to TriState we were a valued client.
