Showed home in 2011 in Carneys Point, Penns Grove, NJ 08069.
Became very abrupt after taking my husband and I to a few houses and we told him we would like to look at a few more. Wanted the money but didnt want to work.

My brother and I had a property to sell in Magnolia. Another realtor had the listing for 19 months with some showings, but no buyers. We signed a contract with Mr. Greene in December 2011. He did thorough research on the 70+ comparables for sale in Magnolia alone. Strategically listing the property at the right price and having several open houses, brought an offer and sale in just 5 weeks. Mr. Greene always kept us well informed through phone calls and e-mails on a daily basis. At settlement Mr. Greene was extremely informative, helpful and precise from start to finish. Buying or selling a home can be very hectic. Mr. Greene’s assistance was instrumental in making the entire process proceed smoothly.
