Yes, that is correct. The property is about 1/2 mile from the EBMUD water treatment facility. The odor is apparent about 1x per week, depending on heat, humidity and wind.

The neighborhood is a mixed-use neighborhood with a mix of Victorian homes, industrial warehouses and modern lofts. We recommend that potential buyers visit the area in the day and night to see it themselves. There are recyclers by day, and the evenings are fairly quiet. There is debris on some of the streets. It is two blocks to Emeryville.
