Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Durham, NC.
I highly recommend Mrs McMickle. She is the best real estate agent in the country. She knows her stuff. She really fought for me. She went above and beyond the call of duty. During the financing part of this journey I encountered many problems with the lender and it was such a blessing having Mrs Calinda as my agent. She really fought hard for me and I could not have gotten through this with out her. She truly was sent to me buy God

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Chapel Hill, NC 27515
I heard back from her about 4 weeks later, so never used her and therefore cannot speak to anything other than responsiveness to our email. Perhaps something happened to our email though.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Durham, NC.
Beginning this process in 2009 was a struggle in and of itself. I started my journey in 2009 and wasn't quite as prepared as I needed to be. In speaking with Mrs. McMickle, I learned very quickly exactly what I needed to do to obtain my first home. She put me in touch with her best resources, and followed up on a consistant basis. Once I finally made the decision to move forward with the process, she was right there every step of the way. No question went unanswered, and you could tell she was genuine in wanting to make sure I made the best choice for such an investment. I would, and have, recommended several people to her, and they can all attest that she is the best! Her negotiation skill are superior to say the least.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Durham, NC.
Calinda McMickle was a great negotiator in getting the home we currently have on the market. We have lived in it for 9 years and now that we are ready to sell we contacted her to sell our home. She knows the area well and her realestate information. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell their home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $225K in Knightdale, NC.
Mrs. McMickle was the most knowledgeable realtor ever. There was nothing that she didn't know. She walked us through the whole process from begininng to end and really made us feel at ease. She showed us so many houses and didn't rush us at all. She kept saying " This is a big investment and I want you to be sure this is the house for you". Mrs McMickle is a master at her craft!!!!!!!!
