Sold a Condo home in 2008 for approximately $125K in Akron, OH.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $125K in Norton, OH.
We got a great house at a great price and Rick helpful and patiant with us every step of they way as we took 5 months to find the house a house in our price range that we could call home! We've lived here 3 years now and couldn't be happier!

Rick helped my wife and I buy our first home in the spring of 2010. He made it an exciting experience. Rick's knowledge of construction, design, and overall craftmenship helped us make an informed, confident decision when we began negotiations for our home. Rick was with us every step of the way, and was quick to update us on any changes the homeowners were making.
He was a great negotiator and a great point of contact for when we were stuck with how to proceed. We couldn't have been happier choosing Rick as our agent. It's hard to find an agent with integrity these days that is focused on the buyers needs, rather than focused on getting the sale. Friends of ours had bought a home shortly after we did. They hated the experience, and complained how the agent was against them negotiating and only wanted to do what he thought was best. I wish we had spoke to them earlier and got them in touch with Rick!
