Sold a Townhouse home in 2012 in Oldsmar, FL.
I am so thankful to have chosen Chris to short sale my home! I was 8 months pregnant when I decided to sell the home, and the last thing I wanted was the added stress of going through a sale. Chris eased my worries and told me he would handle everything. He was true to his word! He took care of everything and held my hand every step of the way. He contacted me only when needed and told me exactly what documents were needed, which docs I needed to sign, etc. He made the process go so smoothly. I am so thankful to have worked with a professional who dots every "I" and crosses every "T." Chris handled my sale even though I no longer lived in the Tampa Bay area and said it would be no problem that I had moved away. He even dealt directly with my lender so I didn't have to speak with them!
Oh yes, and on top of everything else, he sold my home within four months from start to finish. He had a buyer the first week and had several backup buyers.

Sold a Single Family home in 2005 for approximately $25K in Port Richey, FL.
When we arrived new to Florida, Chris O'Connor bent over backwards to help us. He held our hands the entire way and assured it a smooth and nearly event-less experience. We are so happy with our Port Richey home. Over the past few years years Chris has helped us buy a profitable rental property, has stepped in to stop us from making unwise financial decisions, and got family members into their own “first home”.
