Sold a home in 2012.
Cathy is not only the consummate professional, she's caring and always responsive. She's handled two real estate transactions for me, the most recent one quite complex. I couldn't have gotten through either without her. I highly recommend her.

Sold a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Rindge, NH.
Just a few minutes into our first meeting, Cathy's deep understanding of the local market was clear. Then, she listened as I explained my goal of selling quickly, within certain parameters, while coordinating with an employer-provided relocation company. She understood what I needed to accomplish.
We implemented a strategy of systematic price reductions to attract buyer attention. Before we started the price reductions, I asked Cathy to predict the final, successful selling price. She gave me a number that was less than I wanted to hear, but she told me what she thought and why. A few months later we sold for precisely the amount she predicted. She knew what it was going to take and she told me honestly, even though it was painful.
And after the offer, Cathy worked very effectively with extremely difficult buyers. I met the buyers face-to-face, and as a result concluded that a less-qualified broker or agent may have lost this sale.

Cathy was a great RE agent. She was very knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful with every aspect of our search and ultimate purchase of a home. Cathy is a wonderful realtor. She is patient, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. Cathy definitely earned her commission when our house was for sale. She showed the place weekly for fourteen months in a very difficult market. I highly recommend Cathy for both buyers and sellers.
