Some busy agents use their volume as a selling point, but after they get the listing, they just want to get it off their plate as quickly as possible.  That means they may pressure you to take an offer you are not happy with.  To an agent, a $50K difference in price only means $1250 or so.  They may be more focused on closing the deal quickly than they are on getting you the best price.  I do not take on more than I can handle because I want to do things correctly, and I care about my clients- I want them to reach their goals and I want to provide a service and results that they are happy with.
