I suggest calling a lender directly as every situation is different. But generally speaking 3 years could work. Call Craig @ Cole Taylor Mortgage 502-689-0855. Good Luck!!!!!!
My experience tells me that most FSBOs that list with a limited service listing tend to stay on the market longer and sell for less. The first thing someone does when they offer is take the commision off the top and then begin the process of making an offer. Good luck and if you have any questions [E-mail deleted by Zillow moderator. Please see our Good Neighbor Policy for posting guidelines]
It depends really. I'd carefully spend money in the bathrooms and kitchen. [E-mail deleted by Zillow moderator. Please see our Good Neighbor Policy for posting guidelines]
Every home is sellable in any market. My experience tells me that there are only two reasons a home does not sell. The first it's overpriced and the second it is underexposed. How is your home priced relative to its direct competition? What real estate websites is your home on? You may also want to consider direct mail that targets a buyer for your home. Examine the quality of the photography-it is absoultely critical that your home is clutter free, organized, smells good, and freshly painted if necessary. [E-mail deleted by Zillow moderator.
