Bought a Townhouse home in 2014 for approximately $400K in University City, San Diego, CA.
We met Candace on a sunny day walking through La Jolla, inquiring about rentals and eventually buying. Over five months, she helped us find a lender, took us out to many different neighborhoods, those we knew we liked and those she thought we would like, and walked us through the buying process. We had a few stringent requests, but she helped us find what was the right match for our lifestyle and budget. She clearly cares about her clients interests and works to ensure their needs are met.

Candace is an amazing realtor! She goes the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. We met Candace 5 years ago when my husband and I were considering moving from the Midwest to San Diego. Even though it was just a possibility that we’d move, Candace spent time with us showing us around the various communities, and showing us homes,. She quickly ascertained what type of home we wanted. Over the years, we’d come back for visits and Candace would meet with us, even though she wasn’t sure we’d even become clients. When we did decide to move, she was terrific in helping us look for just the right home. When she showed us around, she had a great eye for the possibilities with each property. When we did find the home we wanted to buy, Candace was terrific in helping us get just the right offer. When the seller’s agents didn’t do their job, Candace stepped in and made sure everything worked out. We were 2,000 miles away and Candace was constantly on the phone with us, and making sure that we knew what was happening in the process, and answering our many questions. She was thorough and detailed. Her expertise and conscientiousness made this sale go through! A less experienced agent would not have been able to make the sale happen. If you want a fabulous experience in selling or buying a home – call Candace. You won’t be disappointed!
Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $675K in College West, San Diego, CA.
No purchase is more personal or emotional than acquiring a home for your family. Finding the right agent who understands what your needs are, what you can afford and has the experience, contacts, tenacity and willingness to make it happen is rare in San Diego.
Candice showed me that she has all of these qualities by taking the time to understand what I was looking for and making the deal happen in spite of serious obstacles. The home had been on the market for more than six months and she was able to solve all the problems and present me a deal that was lower than anyone expected. When the deal was on the table, she went into overdrive and worked night and day to make it happen. She communicated with me every day and just when we thought the deal would fall through she brought us to escrow.
Anyone with a desire to excel in a service related field must take ownership of their clients’ interests and fight for them as if they were their own interests. Candice is the definition of an advocate and takes ownership of your goals until they are realized. When we closed escrow, she walked the home with me and my family as happy for us as we were for each other. Candice has my trust, my respect and my recommendation to anyone buying or selling a home in California.
Bought a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $525K in La Jolla, La Jolla, CA.
From the moment we met Candace at an open house we happened to visit, we knew she would help us find exactly what we wanted in a summer home for our family (including the dog!) Much of our experience was long distance from another state. Her patience with us and her diligence in uncovering issues that might impact our decision was second to none! We will never need another agent in the state of CA! Candace rocks!
Candace was fantastic to work with. She really took time to understand our needs and priorities for our new home, and showed us homes that fit our needs. Throughout the negotiation and escrow process, Candace was an excellent advocate and ensured we were protected and treated fairly. We would highly recommend Candace.
After deciding to buy my first home I reached out to Candace because of her warm smile and great profile picture on Zillow- turned out to be the best chance of luck! She was extremely helpful from the first moment I met her up until the last day of closing. She drove me all over San Diego trying to find me the perfect house. She was extremely patient, knowledgable and super friendly!
She walked me through each step of the process and really worked hard on my behalf. Although I know she's very successful and quite busy, I never had a problem getting ahold of her. I felt as if I were her only client.
I would absolutely recommend Candace to anyone! She is fabulous and I look forward to continue talking to her after I get settled in the house she helped me get!
Candace gets the job done to your benefit and watches out for your best interest. She had always made herself available at anytime. I believe she can be trusted, a good person to have on your side. Thanks a million,Candace

Candace was great she was very on top of things and helped us a great deal. She was able to locate homes in the area we wanted for the price range we could afford. We ran into some problems during escrow and Candace bent over backwards to ensure we closed on our house. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home.
Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Clairemont Mesa East, San Diego, CA.
I've worked Candace for the past three years and have purchase 4 different investment properties with her throughout San Diego. Candace puts in enormous time and effort in every real estate transaction regardless of the price of the transaction. This is what distinguishes her from many other agents I've worked with.
The properties that I purchased were condos and apartments in San Diego, but she gave me the same amount of time and effort as if I was a client purchasing million dollar houses. She was also willing to put in offers even though my initial offer was considered low. This "can do" attitude and willingness to put in offers really places her at the top of my list for best agents in San Diego.
Furthermore, I was amazed how honest and candid she was about various properties we looked at. She took the time to get a sense of my style and if we looked at a property that had problems or didn't fit, she did not push me into making an uncomfortable decision. She had no problem saying "don't put in an offer, lets keep looking." Because I was a buyer new to the San Diego area, her honestly really helped me get comfortable with the San Diego real estate market and not make decisions that I would regret in the future.
Lastly, I am amazed at her connections in the real estate community. Candace knows a lot of contractors and inspector around the community. If we saw a property that needed fixing, she could easily call up a contractor and have them there to give me an estimate to get an idea how much it would cost to fix the problem. This ability really helped me in making an informed decision when deciding to move forward on a purchase.
I definitely would use Candace Hart again to purchase more properties.

If you are looking for a representative who is dedicated to their craft, knowledgeable about the in's and out's of a real property transfer, has an unequaled attention to detail, and will work relentlessly on your behalf then I recommend you contact Candace Hart. Simply stated, Candace is, without a doubt, one of, if not THE, most knowledgeable and dedicated agent you will ever have the pleasure of meeting or working with.
Candace recently represented us in the purchase of a home in the San Diego area, and did it while we were living several hundred miles away. Notwithstanding that distance she helped us find a property that met our needs, guided us through the process of making a series of offers on the residence, helped us locate the necessary funding, and then worked tirelessly to ensure the sale closed on time and without a hitch.
In a world that all too often offers up lackluster efforts, she is one of those rare individuals that loves her work and conveys that passion by promptly answering your calls, never letting a question go unanswered, and refusing to let a problem or a set-back interfere with what you want to accomplish. She is incredibly organized, always available to address a concern, and more than willing to take the time to listen to your concerns.
Suffice it to say that if and when we decide to purchase (or sell) another piece of real property in San Diego there is only one person we would consider asking to represent us in that process: Candace Hart.
